Step 1: Cut the limes in half and scoop out the pulp. This is the most annoying part. I used a sharp spoon but one of those grapefruit spoons with the serrated edge would work beautifully. Don’t throw your pulp and juice away! Save it for recipes that call for lime juice or make yummy limeade out of it (I’ll pop up a recipe soon).
