My grandma loved these because they’re as easy to eat as they are on the ojos – though not the healthiest thing for an 89 year old to be chomping on…

To make ’em, just take your prosciutto slice and loosely roll it up. Flare the edges as you go to achieve the flower shape. To garnish, just use whatever greens you have – chives, parsley, basil – as the “leaves.”
