1. Take your cardstock and lay it over your solar panel so that the top left corner of the card is aligned with the top left corner of the panel (the actual panel, not the plastic or other casing around it). Then, using a marker, mark off the other edges of the panel on the cardstock. Basically, you want to cut the card to the exact same size as the panel.
